Thus, you move them downward, while tilting your head back. You go back to the first position and repeat two more times. Then, looking forward, you push your lower lip out as far as possible, while putting your fingers on your chin. You should hold the pose for four deep breaths.
Now, to eliminate a double chin, roll up a towel and place it under your chin. Then lift your jaw up and slide the towel under your jaw. Hold the tension for 6 seconds and then relax, repeat 3 times.

Facial gymnastics to diminish the lines of the mouth

First you must hide your teeth with your lips and put your mouth as if you were saying the letter o. At the same time, smile broadly, while the lips cover the teeth. So all you have to do is gently pinch the jaw line under the chin with the first three fingers of both hands. Press and release three times towards the ears. To mark your cheekbones, puff out your cheeks with air, gently tap your fingertips on them, and gently blow out all the air. Repeat three times.
