The exercises focus on expressions and movements of the face. They are simple and will help you use the muscles of the face to obtain natural results. Its benefits lie in its effectiveness in combating sagging skin. The reason for this is that by practicing facial yoga exercises daily , you perceive greater toning and firmer skin. In addition to preventing the appearance of wrinkles and releasing stress from the face, this gymnastics improves blood circulation and oxygen circulating through the face.

How to strengthen the muscles of the face?

The exercises of facial gymnastics and muscular resistance should start from the neck to reach the forehead. The goal is to do them daily, but if this is your first time, you can start with five times a week. It's only 15 minutes, three sets of 15 repetitions of each exercise.
Facial toning is aimed at people of all ages, but it is recommended to start its practice after 30. This way the results will be noticed in less time because the facial muscles are not so weakened, so they react quickly to the method.

The ideal is to do it at the end of the day when the skin has been washed and hydrated so that the massage is better. Here are the best facial yoga exercises.

Facial yoga to strengthen neck

This exercise lifts and tones the neck muscles and firms the skin so that marks are fading. The first thing to do is look straight ahead. Then turn your head to the right until it is aligned with your right shoulder. In that position, you should lean back and hold the pose for 10 seconds . Next, you return to the starting position and repeat the movement to the left side. You can do three reps on each side.

To complement the toning of the neck, you should work the lower jaw with other movements. Facing forward again, you put your fingertips on the top of the neck. Thus, you move them downward, while tilting your head back. You go back to the first position and repeat two more times. Then, looking forward, you push your lower lip out as far as possible, while putting your fingers on your chin. You should hold the pose for four deep breaths.
Now, to eliminate a double chin, roll up a towel and place it under your chin. Then lift your jaw up and slide the towel under your jaw. Hold the tension for 6 seconds and then relax, repeat 3 times.

Facial gymnastics to diminish the lines of the mouth

With this type of facial yoga, you will work the lower part to reduce the expressive lines around the mouth, the nasolabial folds and the cheeks. First you must hide your teeth with your lips and put your mouth as if you were saying the letter o. At the same time, smile broadly, while the lips cover the teeth. If your eyes start to wrinkle, stretch them out with your hands. Repeat the exercise six times. Next, keep your smile, put your index finger on your chin, and move your jaw up and down. Finally, slowly tilt your head back. Relax and repeat two more times.

Another exercise you can do is run your tongue over the inside of your lips three times. Repeat in the opposite direction and swallow.

Tone cheekbones and facial oval

Exercising the facial oval works the part of the jaw that hurts when pressing the teeth. That is, the blockage produced by stress is reduced. So all you have to do is gently pinch the jaw line under the chin with the first three fingers of both hands. Press and release three times towards the ears. Then put your thumbs together on the chin, drag them along the jaw line and move them away from each other three times. When you get to the ears, lift them up and start over. Repeat three times.

To mark your cheekbones, puff out your cheeks with air, gently tap your fingertips on them, and gently blow out all the air. Repeat three times.

Yoga for eye contour

This exercise is very easy, you just have to create the shape of glasses with your thumbs and index fingers. Thus, place them on the contour of the eyes and tighten the skin above and below the area. Hold this tension and blink 10 to 20 times. Relax and repeat three times.
Now, to eliminate crow's feet, put your fingers on the temples and make sure they reach up to the ears. Then open your mouth and move your jaw from front to back. Let the tension go for 10 seconds and then relax.
